The codes are public. You do not need an account, email address or optional analytics cookies to read or copy them.
Market selection
Cloudflare may make a country code available with the web request. Broker.codes uses it as an initial display hint. If you manually choose a market, that choice is stored in your browser so it is not repeatedly overwritten. The browser key is bc_market_v1. You can remove it through browser site-data controls.
Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 and PostHog integrations are present but do not load until you explicitly allow optional analytics cookies. They also remain inactive when their public configuration keys are absent. PostHog is configured with memory-only persistence; Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies after you opt in.
When allowed, Broker.codes records event names such as page view, search, code copy, market change and provider visit with page, selected country, offer, placement and device class. Search text is not sent; only query length is recorded.
First-party aggregate events
Consented interactions can be written to Cloudflare Analytics Engine. The event endpoint rejects oversized or malformed payloads and stores no raw IP address, user-agent string, email address or search phrase in the application dataset. Cloudflare may still process standard request metadata as infrastructure provider.
Public activity appears only from real aggregate queries and only above a threshold. The UI stays empty when activity is low or the query credentials are not configured.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses local storage to remember your manual market and cookie choice. Optional analytics providers may use storage only after acceptance and according to their configured privacy settings. No code is gated behind consent.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Choosing Essential only stops future analytics events and removes first-party Google Analytics cookies where the browser makes them available to the site.
Email and forms
No newsletter form is active. Offer alerts are a future feature and will require a separate consent record, provider configuration, retention rule and unsubscribe path before activation.
Retention and rights
The intended aggregate-event window is no more than 90 days. External tools must be configured to match before their keys are enabled. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of personal information.

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@broker.codes. The legal operator name, service address and working mailbox routing were not supplied in the build brief; they are mandatory launch inputs and must be inserted after legal review rather than invented here.
